Dr. Nickolas D. "Dan" Macchiarella

Dan Macchiarella is Professor and Chair of Aeronautical Science at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, Florida.  His experiences include applications of real flight and simulated flight to meet military, commercial, and general aviation training needs; these experiences include the development of computer-based training and simulation-based training using virtual environments (VE) to train high-level cognitive and psychomotor tasks.
